We can’t begin work on your banner till we have collected the minimum we need as: Custom texts (slogans) and your website URL. For maximum satisfaction and best results we encourage our customers to have as much information as possible. Don’t worry if you can’t provide logo or picture content. Our designers will take care to use stock photo content and style your texts best representing your website. Anyway you can provide us with own custom images custom stock photos and your logo design.
You can provide us with your files by uploading them until ordering process. You can upload also from your banner revision panel, which you going to access as soon as you place an order.
No, we do not offer a logo design service. If no logo are provided to us, we will use text with effects styled to match your website.
We currently work with few big stock photo sites. If you do not provide us with photo content then we going to use the best according to our designers ones from our library. You also can pick custom photos from BigStockPhotos.com provide them to us.
If you are not satisfied with the work after 5 revisions, we will continue make reasonable times changes for FREE till satisfaction.
You may request changes such as color, text positioning, animated frame positioning, etc.
You may NOT request changes made to the physical size of your banner and you may NOT request complete re-write of the advertisement text. This will be considered a different banner and normal fees will be charged.
As soon as your order is cleared, you will recieve email with access information and link to our banner revision panel. After accessing you will be able to review your banners and require any revisions.
Each order is delivered in 3-4 days after payment is completed. If you order in peak time then you can get your banners with delay up to one week. If your order delays more than one week then please contact us immediately!
You can use our 24hrs urgent banner design services. You are going to be charged extra 30% for 24hrs services. Please notice that our urgent services are unavailable at our peak periods and at weekends.
Yes, the price varies on the dimension of your banner. Generally, the larger the banner the higher the price. You can check most popular banners sizes we design or you can send us request for a quote if you are in need of any custom dimensions. Please scrool down our price list to see the
prices for industry standard sizes.
Yes, you can set up your banners sizes while ordering process. The price of custom size will be calculated automatically.
We do the banners as smaller as possible. If you have filesize limit then please include that info with other details when order.
All ordered banners are animated. If you need non-animated banner then please untick the checkbox called "animated" in our order form or just include that request with your other details.
Source files, or *.psd files, are the Adobe Photoshop project files which contain each editable layer ready to be modifyed. Having the sources files make you able to modify your banners without our assistance. Although, if you need any assistance, contact us and we will be happy to do our best to help.
Yes, after finalization of your banners, you will receive all banners with easy copy/paste code ready for use.
