Where a Refund is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing that they have deleted the banner files and have not saved the document in any file format or in any electronic or print media. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, BannerGFX.com will gladly refund you your money.

All orders are delivered in digital format according to your purchase order within maximum of 48 Hours from your order is processed.
