I know almost nothing about banners. I know next to nothing about banner sizes either. Where can I read more about these?

Can I order custom-sized banners and are the prices different based on the size?
A. During the ordering process you can input the exact banner sizes you want or choose from presets. Prices vary depending on the dimensions you choose. In most cases, the larger the banner the higher the price you’ll pay.
How long does it take before I can view the banner and what if I need them in a rush?
A. Within 3 days you’ll receive your banner order. If you love what you’ve received then your order is complete. If you want revisions let us know and we’ll fix anything you’re not happy with. If you place an order during our peak business periods it may take up to a week to deliver the banners but you’ll be informed of this beforehand. If you need your banners faster we offer 24 hour delivery for an extra 30%. Urgent services are not available on weekends or during peak periods. What information do you need from me to begin working on my banner?
A. The minimum information we need are any text or slogans you want to appear on the banner and your website URL. Don’t hold back on information though. The more you give us the better the banner will be and nothing is too silly. Also send any photo content you’d like to see on your banners. If you lack photo content we’ll use stock photos but your own pictures would be preferred.
How do I send you the files for my banners?
A. There will be an area on the order page where you can attach any images you’d like us to use. Alternatively, after you’ve ordered you can visit the client area and add images. You’ll receive access to the client area upon placing your order.
How can I pay for my banners?
A. Currently we accept payment by PayPal and Credit Cart via 2Checkout.com. All payments are processed with guaranteed security by a trusted third party. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Wire, Western Union, and Moneygram are also possible. Please contact us via Live Chat or the contact form for further information on these options.
Can I get a discount for a volume order?
A. YES, we offer great deals with our various banner packs, which offer various standard and custom sizes in one well-priced package. The bulk order form allows you to place custom orders of any size and the price is exceptionally reasonable and sure to please. If you want to talk about discounts please contact us via Live Chat or the contact form.
I don’t have picture content, where can I find stock photos?
A. If you’d like to find images for your banners you can visit stock photos website and choose what you feel best fits your needs. You can also let our designers choose images from our stock photo library, which is extensive.
Will my banners be animated or static?
A. All banners are animated by default. If you need non-animated banners then please uncheck the box called "animated" on the order form or include that request in the “other details” section on the form.
What are PSD sources or FLA Source files?
A. Source files, or *.psd files, are the Adobe Photoshop project files which contain each editable layer ready to be modified. Source files, or *.fla are the Adobe Flash project files which are editable files for your flash or peel ad banner. We give you the source files so you can modify them without our assistance at any time. However, if you need any assistance don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How can I request modifications to my banners if I don’t like them?
A. When your banner order is finished (24-72 hours) you will receive an email with access information and a link to the client area where you can review the work and request changes. You will work with a designer to get the changes you need.
What types of changes/revisions can I request and what will cost me more?
A. Design elements such as the positioning of the text, the colors your designer used, the timing and position of animated frames, etc, may be changed. You may not request changes that are essentially a new order, like the banner being re-sized or a wholesale overhaul of the text you have requested.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
A. A. If you are not satisfied with the work after 5 revisions, we will continue with revisions FREE of charge until satisfaction. If you are not happy after we give our absolute best effort, we will refund your payment in full with no questions.
Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
A. Yes, after the completion of the job you will receive all banners with an easy copy/paste HTML code ready for use.
Does bannergfx.com accept banner orders related to the adult industry?
A. Yes, as long as they do not exceed legal or moral bounds.

Can you design banners in languages other than English?
A. Yes, we support all languages. Please provide us with an English translation of the text so that can we can better grasp the message you wish to send.
